Clear Bag Policy
To ensure a safe and speedy entry, guests may bring one clear bag (12”x12”x6”) and one small clutch (6.5”x4.5”). Medically necessary items are subject to screening. Plan ahead and enjoy the match!
Bags ALLOWED are noted below:
• Clear vinyl bags no larger than 12”W X 12”H X 6”D
• Gallon-sized, resealable, clear plastic storage bags
• Small clutch purses (can be non-clear) no larger than 6.5”W x 4.5”H
• Medical bags (can be non-clear) ➔ there is a gate procedure/protocol in place for this scenario
PROHIBITED ITEMS
If any prohibited items are revealed during a search, the patron(s) will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or they can dispose of the item(s). Facility and/or promoter staff will not store any personal belongings or items of any type.

- Pets (with the exception of service animals)
- Professional Cameras w/lenses longer than 6′′
- Projectiles
- Sticks (including selfie) & Poles
- Stickers
- Unauthorized Marketing/Soliciting/Vending
- Video and Audio Recording Devices (including GoPros, tripods, etc.)
- Weapons (including mace)
- Any other item(s) deemed unacceptable by stadium management
How Do I Access My Ticket(s)?
To access your matchday tickets, download the TIXR iOS app or TIXR Android app, the official ticketing platform of NOLA GOLD, or visit TIXR’s ticket access guide to see how to print your tickets, add them to your apple wallet, and more.
Parking & Transportation
- Parking is $10 (Fee Wavied for Season Ticket Holders, Cashless Payment at Door)
- NOLA Gold Rugby parking lots are open (3) hours prior to kickoff.
- Designated ADA parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
- JeT (Jefferson Transit) provides bus services via Airline Highway.
- Drop offs and pick-ups are subject to be changed based on traffic patterns and activities.
Tailgating
- All tailgating-type activities (structures/tables and/or cooking elements) must remain out of any driving lanes and parking spots to ensure all NOLA Gold fans can park near the stadium when capacity allows.
- If you erect any cooking equipment and/or tent, you must have a fully operational fire extinguisher in the immediate vicinity.
- On-site trash receptacles are not equipped and should not be used for items such as charcoals or other heat sources and/or cooking equipment.
- Glass bottles are not permitted in stadium lots.
- All facility health and safety policies noted in the NOLA GOLD A to Z Guide for the stadium also apply to tailgating (including wearing face coverings is strongly encouraged when not actively eating/drinking).
Concession
- Payment is by credit card only. Cash will not be accepted to eliminate money handling due to Covid-19.
- Sodexo Live provides the food and alcohol services on gameday at the Stadium. They have teamed up with local and national brands to bring a variety of choices to patrons.
- Concessions are conveniently located throughout the stadium on the Main Concourse Level.
Inclement Weather
- In the case of inclement weather, updates will be provided whenever possible regarding event delays or cancellations. If inclement weather occurs during an event, it is subject to delay.
- Please note that the decision to postpone an event due to weather is typically made close to the event’s scheduled start time. NOLA GOLD Rugby pays close attention to the weather leading up to event time and makes every effort to keep the field ready for play. Unless the weather prior to game time is particularly severe or the forecast reveals that inclement weather is inevitable, team officials will plan to play the game as scheduled unless otherwise noted.
- If an event delay is required due to inclement weather, the grounds crew will cover the field if it is necessary to keep the playing surface suitable for play. The game will then enter a rain delay. During this time, NOLA GOLD Rugby will pay close attention to the weather and forecast to further determine the best course of action.
- NOLA GOLD Rugby will do its best to stay open in order to play the game. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our patrons.
